FBB - I've said before we should call the company belfastwat er not because of the wages dept but because of every other department that has been centralise d there over the last few years. It seems no matter what the work ethic is or what the statistics state anyone outside of the west link must think they are looked on as hicks. Thats a fair point FBB, but staff need to make the right choices when listing their preference s.

Vote for those who will subject themselves to the rigid task of getting the best performanc e for employees, rather than those who may simply wish only to further their careers.

Personally , I prefered candidates with a Trade Union background .

Pension pot is running very low most of us will never see it. unless you are one of the lucky ones that is already drawing there pension dont be counting on getting much anway no mater who is on the pension committee
